Realme 12+ Unveiled on TENAA with Full Specs Revealed

Although Realme officially announced the 12 Pro and 12 Pro+ last month, it appears that at least in China, there will soon be another addition to the 12 family. This is because TENAA has recently certified the Realme 12+ for sale in Realme's native nation.

This implies that, as per usual, we get a respectable specs list. The processor that powers it is unknown, though; to put it in perspective, the 12 Pro has the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 and the Pro+ has the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2.

It appears that the Realme 12+ may feature another Qualcomm-manufactured SoC, although the specific model remains unclear. The device is expected to be equipped with varying RAM options of 6GB, 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB, along with storage capacities ranging from 128GB to 1TB. Sporting a 6.7-inch 1080x2400 AMOLED touchscreen, the phone boasts dimensions of 162.95 x 75.45 x 7.87 mm and a weight of 190g.

The rear camera setup includes a powerful 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 2 MP macro camera. On the front, there's a 16 MP selfie snapper. Powering the Realme 12+ is a 4,880mAh rated capacity battery, likely marketed as a 5,000mAh typical capacity. Notably, a previous certification has revealed support for 67W fast charging.

As you can see, the 12+ will undoubtedly highlight its familial ties by strongly appropriating the styling of the 12 Pro and 12 Pro+. The test model that TENAA received also featured a faux leather back.
