Honor Magic V2: Poised for Launch as it Secures NBTC Certification in Thailand

The Honor Magic V2 is now prepared for release in Thailand with this approval. Furthermore, the smartphone was already certified by the IMDA, which cleared the path for its introduction in Singapore. The Honor Magic V2 looks to be heading into Southeast Asia as its next market.

The Honor Magic V2 has a 7.92-inch foldable LTPO OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a resolution of 2156 x 2344 pixels, and a maximum brightness of 1,600 nits. It also has a 6.43-inch LTPO OLED cover screen on the front that has a refresh rate of 120Hz, a Full HD+ resolution of 2376 x 1080 pixels, and a maximum brightness of 2,500 nits. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip.

The Magic V2 boasts an impressive configuration, offering a maximum of 16 GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1 TB UFS 4.0 storage. Powering the device is a robust 5,000mAh battery, complemented by 66W fast charging capabilities. Enhancing security, it incorporates a side-facing fingerprint scanner.

In the realm of photography, the Magic V2 showcases a 16-megapixel front camera. Turning to the rear, the phone is equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera featuring OIS, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens with autofocus, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera boasting OIS and a 2.5x optical zoom.
