OnePlus Pad gets OxygenOS 14.0.0.300 update

The OxygenOS 14.0.0.300 upgrade for the OnePlus Pad is now being rolled out by OnePlus in India. In the next few days, this update will be made available to a larger number of customers, starting with a smaller group.

Extended Battery Life: The update incorporates optimizations aimed at enhancing battery performance in specific scenarios.

Bug Fixes: It tackles a particular issue causing app crashes, resolves issues associated with the 'Theme Store' app, and addresses concerns with the photo editing Eraser tool.

Removed Feature: The Background stream feature in the Smart Sidebar has been eliminated.

OnePlus has announced that the Over-The-Air (OTA) update will initially be available to a select group of users, with a broader rollout scheduled shortly. The company will keep users informed about the progress of the update distribution through their forum. If you haven't received the OTA notification, you can manually check for the update by navigating to Settings > About device > tap 'Up to date' > check for update.
