How to submit an update request:

Required conditions:

·         Important data should be backed up by the user because the update can remove all of their private information.

·         It's possible that some apps won't work with the most recent Android 14 version. It's time to update every app.

·         To receive the Android 14 update, the Oppo K10 5G and Oppo A77 5G need to be running Firmware C.44/C.43/C.41/C.40/C.39.

Note: Your device may heat up for a few days and certain applications may not function properly. The smartphone may use more battery life as a result of after-upgrade optimizations, which could cause overheating and rapid battery loss.

Steps:
