The iQOO 12 series is officially unveiled in China today, November 7, at 7 p.m. local time. The gadget is poised to become a dominant force in the realm of smartphones, blending impressive design with high-end features. Here, we are sharing all the details revealed by the brand till now.

The most recent flagship
smartphone series from iQOO boasts a captivating design. All 12 models
come with a metal frame and a flat display panel, which is complemented by flat
sides. The rear camera setup is notably unique, featuring a curved rectangular
design that strikes a balance between circular and square shapes. This
dual-layer module includes a circle of metallic embellishments, reminiscent of
ornamental nails from Paris, enhancing the overall aesthetics of the device.
Inside this module, you'll discover three cameras with VCS+ branding, while a
vertically oriented, pill-shaped LED flash is situated on the right side.
Both the iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro
are available in three color options: black and white, each featuring a glass
back, and a red version with leather back. The iQOO 12 Legend Edition showcases
enameled glass with the BMW M Motorsport's signature tri-color pattern, incorporating
a textured design.

Both of these smartphones come
with a generous 6.78-inch screen that boasts an impressive 144Hz refresh rate.
The iQOO 12 boasts a flat-screen provided by BOE, providing a crisp 1.5K
resolution. It delivers a peak brightness of 3000 nits and 2160Hz PWM
dimming. In contrast, the iQOO 12 Pro features a curved-edge E7 AMOLED Samsung
screen, offering a 2K resolution. It has a peak brightness of 2700 nits
and 1440Hz PWM dimming.
Camera
The camera configuration for
both phones remains identical. The rear camera system includes a
50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), along with
a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 64-megapixel telephoto camera that
supports 3x optical zoom and an impressive 100x digital zoom. Additionally,
both models feature 16-megapixel front cameras for taking selfies and
making video calls.
Performance
Both the iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro
are equipped with Qualcomm's cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor that
will provide improved performance than the previous chipset. These gadgets also offer generous memory and storage choices, with the capacity to provide as
much as 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and an expansive 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Both come with a 5000 mAh battery and are supported by 120W fast wired charging
and 50W fast wireless charging features.
